    500ml
  • Yemas de huevo
    6 unidades
  • Azucar
    100g
  • Vaina de vainilla
    1 unidad
  • Azucar moreno
    150g para quemar

    Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

    Heat cream with vanilla without boiling.

    Beat yolks with sugar until pale.

    Pour hot cream over yolks little by little.

    Stir continuously to avoid curdling.

    Strain mixture and rest 10 minutes.

    Pour into ceramic ramekins.
