Korean Soybean Sprout Salad

Simple Korean salad of soybean sprouts with soy dressing, garlic, sesame oil and chili. Classic banchan.

    300g
  • Cebolletas
    3 unidades
  • Ajo
    3 dientes
  • Semillas de sesamo
    1 cucharada
  • Salsa de soja
    2 cucharadas
  • Aceite de sesamo
    1 cucharada
  • Copos de chile
    1 cucharadita

    Steam soybean sprouts for 5 minutes until tender. 2. Drain well and let cool to room temperature. 3. Add chopped green onion, minced garlic and sesame seeds. 4. Dress with soy sauce, sesame oil and chili flakes. 5. Mix well by hand or chopsticks to distribute dressing. 6. Adjust flavor with more soy sauce or sesame oil. 7. Serve at room temperature as banchan side dish.
