  • Arroz de sushi
    200g cocido
  • Aguacate

  • Edamame

  • Salsa de soja

  • Zumo de limon

  • Jalapeño

    Cut salmon into 2 cm cubes and keep very cold.

    Mix soy sauce sesame oil and lemon juice.

    Finely dice avocado cucumber and edamame.

    Cut jalapeño into thin slices.

    Place sushi rice in square mold or cup.
