  • Tonnarelli o spaghetti
    400g
  • Pecorino romano
    150g
  • Pimienta negra en grano
    2 cucharadas
  • Mantequilla
    30g

📋 Instructions

    Toast black peppercorns in pan and crush coarsely. 2. Cook pasta in salted water, reserving cooking water. 3. Melt butter in large pan and add crushed pepper. 4. Add ladle of pasta water to butter with pepper. 5. Drain pasta and add to pan with grated pecorino. 6. Stir vigorously to create creamy emulsion. 7. Serve immediately with more pecorino and pepper on top.
