    1 litro
  • Yemas de huevo
    8 unidades
  • Azúcar
    250g
  • Maicena
    40g
  • Cáscara de limón
    1 unidad
  • Palo de canela
    1 unidad
  • Azúcar para caramelizar
    6 cucharadas

    Heat milk with lemon peel and cinnamon stick.

    Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy.

    Add cornstarch and mix well.

    Strain the aromatized milk and pour over the yolks.
