  • Cebolla morada

  • Zumo de calamansi
    3 cucharadas
  • Salsa de pescado

    Peel green mangoes and cut flesh into thin julienne. 2. Dice tomato into small cubes. 3. Cut red onion into thin julienne. 4. Mix mango with tomato and onion. 5. Add calamansi or lime juice, fish sauce and sugar. 6. Add chopped chili and cilantro leaves. 7. Serve immediately as side dish or appetizer.
