  • Harina de almendra

  • Azúcar glass
    150g
  • Chocolate negro
    150g
  • Nata
    150ml

    Sift almond flour with powdered sugar.

    Beat egg whites to stiff peaks with sugar.

    Fold in almond mixture gently.

    Add food coloring if desired.

    Let batter rest 30 minutes.

    Pipe circles on parchment-lined tray.

    Let dry 1 hour until no longer sticky.

    Bake at 150°C for 12-14 minutes.
