  • Tomate triturado
    400g
  • Anchoas
    6 filetes
  • Aceitunas negras
    80g
  • Alcaparras
    2 cucharadas
  • Ajo
    3 dientes
  • Peperoncino
    1 unidad
  • Oregano
    1 cucharada

    Sauté garlic and peperoncino in olive oil. 2. Add anchovies and break them with back of spoon. 3. Add crushed tomatoes and cook 15 minutes. 4. Add black olives, capers and oregano. 5. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. 6. Toss pasta with puttanesca sauce. 7. Serve with chopped fresh parsley on top.
