  • Ternera para guiso
    1.2 kg
  • Vino tinto de Borgoña
    1 botella
  • Zanahorias
    4 unidades
  • Champiñones
    300g
  • Cebollitas francesas
    200g
  • Tocino
    150g
  • Caldo de carne
    500ml
  • Harina
    2 cucharadas
  • Tomillo, laurel, ajo
    al gusto

    Cut beef into 5 cm cubes.

    Marinate in red wine with herbs overnight.

    Drain and pat dry the meat.

    Sear pieces in very hot oil.

    Sauté chopped vegetables.

    Add wine from marinade.

    Cover with broth and cook 3 hours on low.

    Add mushrooms and glazed pearl onions.

    Adjust salt and pepper.
