    4 grandes
  • Pepino

  • Cebolla morada

  • Queso feta

  • Aceitunas kalamata

  • Lechuga

  • Aceite de oliva virgen
    80ml
  • Zumo de limón
    2 cucharadas
  • Orégano seco

  • Menta fresca

  • Perejil fresco

    Wash and drain lettuce, cucumber and tomato well.

    Cut cucumber into thin slices and tomato into wedges.

    Cut red onion into thin strips.

    Cut feta cheese into 2 cm cubes.

    Pick mint and parsley leaves.

    Mix lemon juice with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.

    In a salad bowl, place lettuce as base.

    Distribute cucumber, tomato and red onion.

    Add kalamata olives and feta cheese.

    Pour dressing on top just before serving.
