  • Cebolla roja

  • Tomates
    3 unidades
  • Ají amarillo
    2 unidades
  • Salsa de soja
    4 cucharadas
  • Vinagre tinto
    2 cucharadas
  • Ajo
    4 dientes
  • Arroz blanco
    300g
  • Papas
    400g

    Cut sirloin into thick 5 cm strips.

    Marinate with garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar 15 minutes.

    Cut onion into wedges and tomato into quarters.

    Slice yellow chili into strips.

    Heat wok to maximum.

    Stir-fry beef in batches very quickly.

    Add onion, tomato, and chili.

    Add soy sauce and vinegar.

    Serve over white rice.
