  • Yogur natural
    100g
  • Levadura seca
    7g
  • Azúcar
    1 cucharadita
  • Sal
    1 cucharadita
  • Agua tibia
    150ml
  • Mantequilla derretida
    para pincelar

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

    Add yogurt and warm water.

    Knead 10 minutes until smooth dough.

    Let rise 2 hours until doubled.

    Divide dough into 8 portions.

    Stretch each portion into oval shape.

    Heat a cast iron skillet to maximum.

    Cook each naan 2 minutes per side.

    Brush with melted butter.
