  • Lubina o corvina
    1 kg entera
  • Jengibre fresco
    50g
  • Cebolleta
    4 tallos
  • Ajo
    4 dientes
  • Salsa de soja ligera
    4 cucharadas
  • Vino de arroz
    2 cucharadas
  • Aceite de sesamo
    1 cucharada
  • Aceite vegetal
    80ml
  • Cilantro fresco
    20g
  • Sal
    al gusto

    Clean fish and make 3 diagonal cuts on each side.

    Mix ginger garlic scallion and sesame oil.

  3. 3

    Rub fish with this mixture including cuts.

    Marinate 20 minutes in refrigerator.

    Place fish in steamer on parchment paper.

    Pour soy sauce and rice wine over.

    Steam 12-15 minutes until flesh is opaque.

    Meanwhile heat vegetable oil until smoking.

    Place fish on serving plate.

    Cover with fresh scallion and julienne ginger.

    Pour hot oil over garnishes to sizzle.
