Spaghetti with Clams

  • Spaghetti
    400g
  • Almejas frescas
    1kg
  • Ajo
    3 dientes
  • Vino blanco
    100ml
  • Aceite de oliva
    4 cucharadas
  • Perejil fresco
    30g
  • Peperoncino
    1 unidad

    Purge clams in salted water for 2 hours to remove sand. 2. Fry sliced garlic in olive oil until golden. 3. Add clams and white wine, cover and cook until opened. 4. Remove unopened clams and reserve opened ones. 5. Cook spaghetti in salted water, drain when al dente. 6. Add pasta to pan with clam juice and parsley. 7. Sauté one minute and serve with clams on top.
