  • Carne de cerdo (bistec)
    1 kg
  • Chiles guajillo
    5 unidades
  • Pasta de achiote
    100g
  • Piña
    1/2 unidad
  • Tortillas de maíz
    24 unidades
  • Cilantro fresco
    1 manojo
  • Cebolla
    1 unidad
  • Limón
    4 unidades
  • Vinagre
    50ml
  • Ajo
    4 dientes

    Prepare adobo with guajillo chiles and achiote.

    Marinate pork 24 hours.

    Thread meat onto a vertical spit or rotisserie.

    Cook slowly while rotating.

    Add pineapple slices on top of the spit.

    Slice meat into thin strips.

    Heat corn tortillas.

    Fill tortillas with meat.

    Add grilled pineapple, cilantro and onion.

    Serve with green salsa and lime.
