  • Pasta wonton
    200 g
  • Caldo de res
    1.5 litros
  • Huesos de res
    500 g
  • Jengibre
    30 g
  • Ajo
    4 dientes
  • Salsa de soja
    30 ml
  • Cebolleta
    4 tallos
  • Aceite de sésamo
    15 ml
  • Sal
    al gusto

    Prepare the consommé with beef bones and vegetables.

    Mix the pork with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.
