  • Arroz para sushi
    300g
  • Algas nori
    5 hojas
  • Surimi
    150g
  • Aguacate
    2 unidades
  • Pepino
    1 unidad
  • Vinagre de arroz
    3 cucharadas
  • Azúcar
    1 cucharada
  • Mayonesa
    3 cucharadas
  • Sriracha
    1 cucharadita
  • Salsa de soja
    para servir
  • Wasabi
    al gusto
  • Jengibre encurtido
    50g

    Cook brown rice with a pinch of salt. Set aside warm.

    Cut vegetables into small, uniform cubes.

    Mix rice with rice vinegar and sugar. Let cool.

    Prepare filling: mix flaked surimi with mayonnaise and sriracha.

    Place a nori sheet on the bamboo mat.

    Spread a thin layer of rice covering the entire seaweed except 2 cm at top.

    Place cucumber strips, avocado and surimi mixture in the center.

    Roll firmly using the mat, wetting the final edge.

    Cut the roll with a knife dipped in water into 8 pieces.

    Repeat the process with remaining ingredients.

    Mix soy sauce with wasabi to taste.

    Serve rolls with pickled ginger and wasabi soy sauce.
