  • Huevos
    2 unidades
  • Leche
    250ml
  • Mantequilla
    100g
  • Naranjas
    3 unidades
  • Azúcar
    100g
  • Grand Marnier
    50ml
  • Cointreau
    30ml

    Whisk eggs with milk and flour.

    Add melted butter and a pinch of salt.

    Let batter rest 1 hour.

    Make thin crêpes in nonstick pan.

    Melt butter with sugar in a pan.

    Add orange zest and juice.

    Add Grand Marnier and Cointreau.

    Fold crêpes into quarters in sauce.

    Heat liqueur and carefully flambe.

    Serve immediately while flaming.
