    500g
  • Ajo
    6 dientes
  • Guindilla
    1 unidad
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
    100ml
  • Vino blanco
    50ml
  • Perejil fresco
    2 cucharadas
  • Sal
    al gusto

    Peel shrimp leaving tail, remove intestinal vein.

    Slice garlic thinly.

    Slice chili into thin rings.

    Heat oil in clay cazuela.

    Add garlic and chili, cook 30 seconds.

    Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side.

    Add chopped parsley and white wine.

    Cook 1 more minute until reduced.

    Serve immediately in sizzling cazuela.
