  • Azúcar de palma

  • Zumo de limón

    Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Finely chop garlic and chili. Cut tofu into cubes.

    Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.

    Heat oil in a wok over high heat.

    Stir-fry tofu until golden. Set aside.

    In the same wok, stir-fry garlic and chili 30 seconds.

    Add beaten eggs and stir quickly to scramble.

    Add rice noodles and mix well.

    Add fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice.

    Add bean sprouts and reserved tofu.

    Stir everything for 2-3 minutes over high heat.

    Serve with roasted peanuts, fresh bean sprouts and lime.
