    Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.

    Prepare the sauce with tamarind, palm sugar, and fish sauce.

    Beat the eggs and set aside.

    Heat the wok to very high heat.

    Stir-fry the tofu cubes until golden.

    Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes.
