  • Caldo de pescado

  • Cúrcuma fresca

  • Azúcar de palma

  • Cebolla frita

  • Cilantro fresco

    Boil fish broth with shrimp heads and shells.

    Strain and return clean broth to pot.

    Add turmeric, ginger, fish sauce and sugar.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Cook rice noodles according to instructions. Drain.

    Blanch shrimp and squid in hot broth.

    Heat noodles in individual bowls.

    Place shrimp, squid and scallops over noodles.

    Pour hot broth over.

    Add crispy fried onion slices.
