  • Carne picada de ternera
    400g
  • Cebolla
    1 unidad
  • Zanahoria
    1 unidad
  • Apio
    1 rama
  • Vino tinto
    150ml
  • Tomate triturado
    400g
  • Leche
    100ml
  • Parmigiano
    80g

    Finely chop onion, carrot and celery for soffritto. 2. Sauté vegetables in olive oil until tender. 3. Add minced meat and cook until well browned. 4. Pour red wine and let alcohol evaporate. 5. Add crushed tomato and milk, simmer 2-3 hours. 6. Cook pappardelle in salted water until al dente. 7. Toss pasta with ragu and serve with grated parmigiano.
