  • Fideos de arroz
    400g
  • Carne de res (falda)
    400g
  • Cebolla
    2 unidades
  • Jengibre
    50g
  • Anís estrellado
    4 unidades
  • Canela en rama
    2 unidades
  • Salsa de pescado
    4 cucharadas
  • Brotes de soja
    200g
  • Albahaca thai, cilantro, lima
    para servir

    Char onion and ginger over open flame.

    Toast spices: star anise, cinnamon, cloves.

    Boil beef bones 10 minutes, drain and rinse.

    Add fresh water and toasted spices.

    Simmer for 3 hours.

    Add fish sauce and sugar.

    Cook rice noodles according to package.

    Slice beef paper-thin.
