    500g
  • Carne de cerdo (maciza)
    1 kg
  • Chiles guajillo
    8 unidades
  • Ajo
    6 dientes
  • Cebolla
    1 unidad
  • Orégano
    1 cucharada
  • Lechuga
    1 pieza
  • Rábanos
    6 unidades
  • Tostadas
    para acompañar

    Soak corn the night before.

    Cook corn in water until it blooms.

    Prepare sauce with guajillo chiles and garlic.

    Boil pork in large chunks.

    Add chile sauce to the broth.

    Add oregano and cumin.

    Cook everything together 1.5 hours.

    Shred meat and return to broth.
