  • Cebolla

  • Aceite de oliva
    100ml
  • Hierbas de Provenza
    2 cucharadas
  • Sal y pimienta
    al gusto

    Add bell pepper and cook 5 minutes.

    Cook covered on low heat 45 minutes.

    Stir occasionally and carefully.
