  • Limones

  • Ajo

  • Orégano seco
    2 cucharadas
  • Aceite de oliva
    60ml
  • Pan pita

  • Cebolla morada

  • Tomate

    Cut pork into 3 cm cubes

    Prepare marinade with lemon, garlic and oregano

    Marinate meat for at least 4 hours

    Thread onto wooden skewers

    Heat grill to high

    Grill skewers 3-4 minutes per side
