    Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and starch to create the sauce.

    Cut the beef fillet into thin strips and mix with half the sauce.

    Heat the wok over high heat with sunflower oil.

    Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.

    Add the beef strips and fry until golden.

    Add peppers and onions, sauté for 2 minutes.
