  • Perejil fresco
    1 manojo grande
  • Ajo
    6 dientes
  • Orégano seco
    2 cucharadas
  • Aceite de oliva
    200ml
  • Vinagre de vino
    100ml
  • Pimentón
    1 cucharada
  • Sal gruesa
    al gusto

    Take meat out of fridge 1 hour before.

    Light the grill with wood or charcoal.

    Prepare chimichurri with parsley, garlic, oregano.
