  • Levadura fresca

  • Azúcar

  • Sal

  • Mantequilla de calidad
    280g
  • Huevo para pincelar

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast and milk.

    Knead until smooth dough forms.

    Refrigerate dough 1 hour.

    Roll butter into a rectangle.

    Wrap butter with dough.

    Do 3 single turns with refrigeration.

    Roll dough to 5 mm thickness.

    Cut triangles and roll into croissants.

    Let proof 2 hours until doubled.
