  • Salsa de pescado

  • Hojas de lima kaffir

    Cut the chicken into thin strips.

    Heat the coconut milk in a wok.

    Add the green curry paste and stir-fry 2 minutes.

    Add the chicken and cook 5 minutes.

    Add the Thai eggplants.

    Pour in the remaining coconut milk.

    Add fish sauce and palm sugar.

    Cook until the chicken is done.
