Caesar Salad

The classic Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, croutons, anchovies and the unmistakable homemade Caesar dressing.

  • Lechuga romana
    1 unidad
  • Pechuga de pollo
    200g
  • Pan para picatostes
    2 rebanadas
  • Anchoas
    6 filetes
  • Queso parmesano
    50g
  • Mayonesa
    3 cucharadas
  • Limón
    1/2
  • Salsa Worcestershire
    1 cucharadita

    Prepare the chicken: season the breasts with salt and pepper and cook them on a griddle with a little oil over medium-high heat, 5-6 minutes per side until golden and well cooked. Let rest 5 minutes and cut into strips or dice.

    Prepare the croutons: cut the bread into 1 cm cubes. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil and a clove of garlic until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

    Prepare the homemade Caesar dressing: in a bowl, mix mayonnaise, very finely chopped anchovies, grated garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Mix well and adjust salt and pepper.

    Separate the romaine lettuce leaves, wash and dry very well. Cut them into large pieces or leave whole if small.

    In a wide salad bowl, place the lettuce and add half of the Caesar dressing. Mix gently so all leaves are well coated.

    Distribute the chicken strips on top, add the croutons and the remaining anchovies.

    Add more Caesar dressing to taste and finish with plenty of shaved parmesan cheese.

    Serve immediately so the croutons maintain their crispy texture.
