    2 grandes
  • Pepino
    1 mediano
  • Cebolla roja
    1 pequeña
  • Perejil fresco
    30g
  • Menta fresca
    20g
  • Cebollino
    10g
  • Zumo de limón
    3 cucharadas
  • Aceite de oliva
    2 cucharadas
  • Sal y pimienta
    al gusto

    Cut pita bread into triangles and fry in oil until crispy.

    Chop lettuce into pieces and place in a large bowl.

    Add cubed tomatoes and cucumber cut into half-moons.

    Incorporate julienned red onion and thinly sliced radishes.

    Add generously chopped cucumber and fresh mint.
