The Valencian pasta paella: thick noodles cooked with seafood in a paella pan, served with homemade garlic alioli.

  • Fideos gruesos para fideuà
    400g
  • Gambas
    300g
  • Calamares
    300g
  • Mejillones
    400g
  • Tomate rallado
    150g
  • Ajo
    4 dientes
  • Pimentón
    1 cucharadita
  • Aceite de oliva
    100ml
  • Caldo de pescado
    1 litro

    Make stock with shrimp heads.

    Toast noodles in the paella pan until golden.

    Remove and set aside noodles.

    Sear seafood and set aside.

    Sauté tomato, garlic, and paprika.

    Add noodles and stock.

    Place seafood on top.

    Cook on medium heat for 12 minutes.

    Let rest for 3 minutes.

    Serve with homemade alioli.
