  • Bacalao fresco
    4 filetes
  • Patatas
    1 kg
  • Harina
    200g
  • Cerveza rubia
    250ml
  • Polvo de hornear
    1 cucharadita
  • Guisantes
    200g
  • Mantequilla
    30g
  • Menta
    1 cucharada
  • Aceite para freír
    1 litro

    Cut potatoes into thick chips.

    Fry at 140C for 5 minutes.

    Drain and set aside for second frying.

    Mix flour with beer and baking powder.

    Season cod with salt and lemon.

    Dust fish in flour, then dip in batter.

    Fry at 190C until golden.

    Fry chips at 190C until crispy.

    Prepare mushy peas with boiled peas.

  10. 10

    Serve with malt vinegar and lemon.
