    400g
  • Tahini (pasta de sésamo)
    100g
  • Limón
    2 unidades
  • Ajo
    2 dientes
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
    80ml
  • Comino molido
    1 cucharadita
  • Sal
    al gusto
  • Pimentón
    para decorar

    Cook chickpeas until very tender.

    Reserve the cooking liquid.

    Blend chickpeas with tahini.

    Add lemon juice and garlic.

    Drizzle in olive oil slowly.

    Add cooking liquid if needed.
