  • Ajo

  • Tomillo

  • Romero
    2 ramas

    Mix garlic, oregano, oil and lemon

    Rub the lamb with the mixture

    Marinate 2 hours or overnight

    Cut potatoes into wedges

    Place lamb over the potatoes

    Add thyme and rosemary

    Wrap tightly in aluminum foil

    Bake at 160°C for 4 hours
