    Prepare ragù by sautéing chopped vegetables.

    Brown the ground meat and add wine.

    Add tomatoes and cook 3 hours on low heat.

    Prepare béchamel with butter, flour and milk.

    Cook lasagna sheets in boiling water.

    Grease a baking dish.

    Layer: pasta, ragù, béchamel, parmesan.

    Repeat 4 times ending with béchamel and cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
