  • Lardones ahumados
    200g
  • Nata líquida
    200ml
  • Leche
    100ml
  • Huevos
    4 unidades
  • Nuez moscada
    1 pizca
  • Sal y pimienta

    Prepare shortcrust pastry and chill 30 minutes.

    Line a tart pan with the pastry.

    Prick base and cover with paper and beans.

    Blind bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

    Fry lardons until they release fat.

    Whisk eggs with cream and milk.

    Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Distribute lardons over the pastry.

    Pour egg and cream mixture.

    Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
