  • Azúcar

  • Sal

  • Salmón fresco
    200g
  • Atún rojo
    200g
  • Wasabi

  • Salsa de soja

  • Alga kombu

    Wash rice until water runs clear.

    Cook rice with water and kombu seaweed.

    Prepare rice vinegar with sugar and salt.

    Mix vinegar with hot rice.

    Fan rice until room temperature.

    Cut fish into 5 mm slices.

    Wet hands in vinegared water.

    Form rice balls of 20g.

    Place a pinch of wasabi on rice.

    Top with fish pressing gently.
