Parsley Tabbouleh

Lebanon's refreshing salad: bulgur with plenty of parsley, mint, tomato, and cucumber, dressed with lemon and olive oil.

  • Bulgur fino
    150g
  • Perejil fresco
    2 manojos grandes
  • Menta fresca
    1 manojo
  • Tomates
    3 unidades
  • Pepino
    1 unidad
  • Cebolleta
    3 unidades
  • Limón
    3 unidades
  • Aceite de oliva
    80ml
  • Sal y pimienta
    al gusto

    Soak bulgur in hot water for 20 minutes.

    Drain very well and squeeze out excess water.

  3. 3

    Finely chop the parsley and mint.

  4. 4

    Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.

    Dice the cucumber into small cubes.

  6. 6

    Finely chop the spring onions.

  7. 7

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Dress with lemon juice and olive oil.

    Season with salt and pepper.

  10. 10

    Let rest 30 minutes before serving.
