  • Hojas de lima kaffir

  • Pasta tom yum

  • Lima

  • Chile bird eye

  • Cilantro

    Boil chicken broth with lemongrass.

    Add galangal slices and kaffir lime leaves.

    Add sliced mushrooms.

    Add tom yum paste and fish sauce.

    Cook shrimp exactly 2 minutes.

    Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
